Before forming his own company, he directed market planning strategy and sales for Leisure Technology Corporation, a public company. Mr. Becker was responsible for the creation and implementation of proven marketing tactics and techniques for active lifestyle communities throughout the United States and Canada, including the award-winning Leisure Village and Lake Ridge communities in Ocean County, N.J. His clients and their communities have sold more than 100,000 dwelling units to the age 50-75+ marketing totaling more than $12 billion in sales.

Mr. Becker has been responsible for many builder's marketing research and feasibility studies and the strategic planning, advertising promotion, public relations, on-site merchandising and sales programming for small, medium and large projects. Market planning strategy, tactics and sales techniques form the basis for the creation and implementation of proven marketing strategies.
